The driver side unit bearing would not come off come hell our high water, bearing finally split in two and was able to press it off with the trucks power steering.putting back together was pretty straight forward. Well after about 6 hours it's done, The U joints were seized beyond belief ended up cutting them off with a zip cut disc. The one existing hole will need to be elongated with a die grinder to work, there is also the option of elongating two holes and drilling two new one if you wanted to. At this point I'm not sure if the heads of these will make contact with the rotor or not find out soon enough. Marked out the other three new holes to be drilled and had at them 9/16' was the final drill size I used this is big enough to allow the stock bolts from the unit bearings to be used. The inner diameter of this is bigger than the Ford spindle so I found a square cut o ring at work that was very close and used some electricians tape to take up the remainder of the gap this formed a tight fit allow me to line up one of the holes from the Dodge Spacer to the Ford spindle. Okay so What I had to do for the spindle was use the spacer from the Dodge which is located behind the brake backing plate, this was my template.
