I was told to switch rooms I would have to go back and get all my bags and bring them down to switch. I had to go downstairs and wait to complain to someone. Tried calling the front desk numerous times and no one answered. Got up to room and it was DISGUSTING! Dirty/wet wash cloth on dirty sink in bathroom, wrappers left on counter, empty pill wrapper on floor, broken table, broken toilet paper holder, room was not clean. Tried to check in online was told to pick up keys at kiosk, then was told I had to see front desk. Had to stay there for a dance competition.
